I haven't seen the episode yet (because life really hates me), but I tend to agree that, while Chloe may turn into Lois, I don't think it's a given yet. Mostly because they did say that Lois was Chloe's cousin, right? And isn't that something that has been semi-canon since... whenever? Not saying that it won't happen, or that it's not more likely after this episode. Just that this could easily be an anvil, or a red herring to throw us off our tracks.
Honestly, I find something vaguely... creepy about Chloe becoming Lois. If they do it right, I won't complain, but there seems to be some strange, quasi-misogynistic undertones here. *shrugs* It's just a little unsettling. But, like I said, if it's done properly, I'll be a happy camper.
