Actually 10 miles isn't that long on a bike. And even a slow rider goes a lot faster than most runners. When I was being semi-serious about riding, I did a minimum of 20 miles on each outing. Though it is occurring to me that I'm getting semi-serious about riding again.
I am becoming a sports bore. I need to buy some cute shoes and write some porn to counterbalance.
