Well, frankly, any advice I might have is just vague cheerleading, since I'm not too clear on the actual nutritive theories. I just eat what Mr. Glove tells me to because I'm lazy ;)
I have discovered, though, that I don't need much carbs or fruit to feel more energetic. Like, tiny amounts. So, I guess I'd say that trying to see how small an amount of carbs and "good" sugars you can add back in order to relieve the exhaustion might be the best bet.
