South Beach Diet. Seriously. And it actually works better the more you eat. And even though I've lost a LOT of weight in the last year and a half (about 60 lb.) I'm still wanting to lose another 20-25 lb. That still puts me about 20 lb. over my "smoking weight," which was pretty much skeletal, so I think that I can be reasonably content if I can just get rid of the next 20 or so...
