Don't mind me...just testing Mozilla's LJ client, i.e., Deepest Sender.
You know, I'm really liking this browser ever so much, and this client window looks great at the very least...too bad LJ is sucking--as Mr. Glove put it--ring of muscle.
Or, in other words, ASS.
I'd like to escape a Microsoft environment if at all possible for a variety of reasons. Mr. G is now running a Linux xandros box that will run PS7 and my Macromedia Suite, so all I need is a decent, full-featured word processor*, and I'm ready to switch, too.
*none of the open-source programs are up to par. I'm still wanting something better than Word, actually - maybe even as good as WordPerfect was ten years ago...and maybe WP runs on Linux? Something to look into, anyway.
