I friended you because I like you. Or that's why you're still around anyway. I think originally I just really liked your post about the wierdness of "friending."

I think friends locking is up to the individual, but I like to keep my LJ as open as possible. I love it when random people drop by.

I love when random people show up, too. I expected the poll to show more people wanting to see fic and only fic, and if that had been the case, then I probably would have locked this one to "fix" my audience-control issues. However, it's too much work to make the change since it's apparently not necessary or sensible, and I'm also staying open to meeting new people. Also, if I do nothing, I'm, well, doing nothing which is always easier than work.
