possibly not meeting a goal

I hate admitting defeat, even if I'm insisting on calling it only "possible" defeat. [/cryptic]
On the "healthy eating" front, I haven't had any sugar in about 72 hours and I feel very, very strange. Dopesick, maybe. It's not entirely unpleasant. At least not until I remind myself of the defeat (see above).
I need reassurance of a global, generalized, hug-free nature if you have any to spare.

You're fine.

Also, when you return to sugar as a lifestyle, be prepared, depending on how much time you've been without it, for it to taste overly sweet and even acidly bitter. This can be palliated, again, by eating fruit or drinking fruit juice, using fructose or turbinado sugar as sweeteners instead, and avoiding products containing a great amount of processed sugar.
Dunno if that was general enough, but it's applicable, since it's what's happening to you. You are strong and you will get through this. I have faith in the Jed.
